Our Story
Built by a teacher.
Inspired by a love of learning.
At Trust InTuition, we believe that every child deserves to feel confident, capable and excited about learning.
Founded by former classroom teacher Amy Watson, Trust InTuition brings together passionate, experienced educators who understand that no two children learn in quite the same way.
Our approach is simple: personalised teaching, genuine relationships and a little bit of fun along the way. Because when children feel happy, supported and believed in, amazing things can happen.

Where It All Began
Trust InTuition began with Amy, a classroom teacher who loved teaching but wanted to make an even bigger difference to the children she worked with.

What started as tutoring alongside her teaching career grew into Achieve with Amy and Friends, a small tutoring business built around personalised lessons, building confidence and helping children discover what they were capable of.

As more families came to us, so did the opportunity to bring other brilliant teachers on board.
In 2024, Trust InTuition was born — bringing together a team of educators who share the same belief: that learning should be personal, positive and something children can genuinely enjoy.

Although we've grown, the heart of the business has never changed. Every child is an individual, every achievement deserves celebrating, and confidence will always come first.

Meet Amy
Hi, I'm Amy! I'm a former primary school teacher, literacy specialist, published author and the founder of Trust InTuition.

I've always loved teaching, but one of my favourite things about tutoring is getting to know children as individuals — discovering what makes them tick, what they love and what helps them learn best.

After years in the classroom and running my own tutoring business, I realised I wanted to create something bigger: a team of brilliant teachers who could give children that same personalised support.

That's how Trust InTuition grew into the agency it is today.
My love of literacy also led me to become a published author, with my first book, The Hooters, available through Waterstones — something I'm incredibly proud of!

I'm still very much involved in teaching, but I also work behind the scenes supporting our tutors, developing resources and making sure the families who trust us receive the very best experience.

For me, it's never just been about better grades. It's about watching a child go from saying "I can't do it" to realising that actually, they can. And that never gets old!
What Matters to Us

Confidence Comes First
Helping children believe in themselves and recognise their achievements.

Every Child Is Different
Personalised lessons that reflect each child's needs, interests and learning style.
Learning Should Be Enjoyable

Creating engaging, encouraging lessons that help children develop a positive relationship with learning.
From One Tutor to a Team
What started with one teacher and a handful of pupils has grown into a team of passionate educators, each bringing their own experience, personality and specialist knowledge.

Every tutor at Trust InTuition shares the same commitment to making learning personal, building confidence and helping children achieve their potential.

We're proud to have created a team where teachers feel supported, families feel listened to and children are encouraged to be themselves.

Because although we're a growing tutoring agency, we never want to lose the personal touch that started it all.
