Our services
Trust InTuition provides private tutoring, educational assessments and screening, Parent Lessons and educational workshops, digital and physical educational resources, and The Tutor for Tutors professional development.
Bookings and agreements
Information about a service, product or programme will identify the relevant price, scope, timing and format. A booking or purchase is formed when Trust InTuition accepts it and, where required, payment and booking confirmation have been received. The existing New Client Contract & Student Information form governs each individual tutoring arrangement, subject to applicable law.
Regular tutoring
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel a tutoring session without charge unless different written package terms apply. Short-notice cancellations and missed sessions are ordinarily charged at the full agreed rate. If Trust InTuition or the tutor cancels, the undelivered session is not charged; prepaid lessons will be rearranged by agreement or appropriately credited. A late student’s session ordinarily ends at the scheduled time and remains payable. If the tutor is late, reasonable efforts will be made to compensate for lost time.
Ending regular tutoring
Where regular tutoring has continued for more than 10 weeks, two weeks’ notice is ordinarily required to end the arrangement. Properly due fees remain payable. Trust InTuition may end an arrangement for legitimate reasons, including safeguarding concerns, persistent non-payment or an unworkable tutoring relationship. A replacement tutor may be offered if a tutor becomes unavailable but cannot be guaranteed. Tutors are independent self-employed contractors providing services through Trust InTuition. Safeguarding, confidentiality and parent-responsibility provisions in the individual contract continue to apply.
Parent Lessons and workshops
Parent Lessons are paid live online educational workshops, generally delivered through Zoom. Each listing identifies its date, time, price, format and whether replay access is included. Bookings are confirmed following payment and booking confirmation. Workshops provide educational guidance and do not guarantee examination results or admission to a particular school. Statutory consumer rights apply, including requirements where a service begins during a cancellation period.
Assessments and screening
Listings identify the price, duration, location, scope and any included report or feedback. Assessments are delivered with reasonable care and skill. Dyslexia screening is not a formal diagnosis or full diagnostic assessment, and results cannot guarantee academic outcomes or school admission.
Products and intellectual property
Digital products are supplied electronically as described at checkout. Listings explain the file format, content and access arrangements. Resources are licensed for personal or expressly stated educational use and must not be resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded or shared outside that licence. Physical products, including books, are supplied with the statutory rights that apply to goods. Genuinely personalised products may have a lawful exception; a standard signed book is not automatically exempt.
The Tutor for Tutors
This is a fixed-term six-month professional development programme, not a rolling subscription or cancel-anytime membership. Foundation is £249 per month for six months (£1,494 total). Premium is £369 per month for six months (£2,214 total). Monthly payments are instalments of the complete programme price, and enrolment commits the participant to the full six-month financial commitment, subject to statutory rights, fairness requirements and Trust InTuition’s obligations. The programme ends after six months and does not automatically renew. Information about any deposit requirements, payment arrangements and enrolment deadlines will be provided before a participant commits to the programme.
Responsibilities, complaints and law
Customers must provide accurate information, act appropriately and protect any access details and materials. Programme and workshop materials must not be redistributed or commercially reproduced. Trust InTuition does not exclude liability where the law does not allow this and applicable consumer rights remain. Complaints may be emailed to admin@trustintuition.co.uk. We acknowledge complaints within five working days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days; if further investigation is needed, we will update you. These terms are governed by the law of England, and customers retain any right to pursue remedies available under applicable law.
